Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy : 

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.    
  • In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment , a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.    

All refund requests are to be routed to email address
Upon verifying the claim, once found genuine, we shall request Payfort/Bank to process the refund.

All Orders are eligible for a refund request for Wrong and Delayed Shipments.
Shipments delayed (undelivered) beyond 48 Hours shall have a full refund.
Wrong Shipments shall be refunded in full after receiving the goods at our hands.
